The last segment shows the family receiving a substantial gift from the nanny (such as a new car or a home renovation). At the end of the week, the nanny generally compliments the family for the changed behavior. Married for seven years and on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, theyve basically given up their lives to parent these children. The remainder of the week shows the plan being implemented, along with the parents' reactions. In this Special episode of Nanny 911, we meet Ann and Jim, the adoptive parents of thirty-two kids, yes that thirty-two, and its a whole lot of work. The selected nanny's first day is spent solely in observing the family dynamics in order to determine a suitable plan of action.at the end of the day the nanny discusses what needs to be done. Reruns of the show aired on CMT throughout Spring 2008. As a result of Brighton getting caught smoking, Fran takes him to see her grandma Yetta who has been smoking all her life. by Summer 2007 the show was gone and didn´t get fully cancelled until February 2008. Door-to-door cosmetics sales lady Fran Fine inadvertently becomes the nanny to the three children of a widowed Broadway producer. The series was started on FOX in November 2004 and was doing good with ratings for the first 2 Seasons but when Season 3 rolled around rating started dropping and by January 2007 the show was on the verge of cancellation. The last episode was aired on June 6, 2009. The show show spanned 51 episodes contained into four seasons.
